ROCKDALE products are designed and manufactured to provide high quality and flawless performance.
The warranty period starts from the day of sale of the product to the consumer.
The specific warranty periods for various categories are as outlined below:

Exclusions (The warranty does not cover the following):
1. Damage of Products with serial numbers that have been tampered with, removed, or made illegible.
2. Damage incurred during transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, debris, or any alterations to the product's appearance.
3. Damage or malfunctions resulting from abnormal current, voltage fluctuations, or power surges.
4. Usage or operation of the product in a manner inconsistent with ROCKDALE's provided documentation or specifications.
5. Damage or malfunctions caused by non-ROCKDALE products or equipment.
6. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, fires, water, lightning, or other natural events.
7. Damage caused by environmental factors such as sweating, corrosive air, extreme temperatures, or humidity.
8. Expenses incurred during product repair for the removal of trim, cabinets, shelves, etc., which were not originally part of the manufactured product.
9. Costs associated with repairing or replacing batteries, light bulbs, guitar strings, and other consumables or decorative components.
10. Additional charges, including but not limited to after-hours, weekend, or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry fees, or mileage fees for remote services.
11. Damage or malfunctions resulting from improper installation, modification, or alteration of the product.
12. Damage or malfunctions caused by unauthorized parts, supplies, accessories, or equipment not provided by ROCKDALE, as well as services rendered by unauthorized service providers.
